In the Parcel Branch, owing to
the desirability of better checking arrangements
now rendered possible by the new building and to the additional accounting now necessitated by the working of the parcel post agreement with China, two 5th. Grade Clerks and two Postmen at $120 each per annum are required in addition to
the existing staff.
